Great stay in Hurghada with use of Pyramisa facilities
I had a pretty good experience! A solid 8.5 for me, this is why I rate 9 on this review and 8 on another. PROS - The room was big, modern, and pretty. The AC worked well too. - Attentive staff at Sunset Boutique. The receptionist Ziad always going above and beyond to help. - Lovely lobby with good Wi-Fi - You can choose between 2 hotels for your meals. - The Pyramisa isn’t too far away so you can choose to walk ~1km. - Use of all facilities at Pyramisa including pool, beach, and fitness classes.
CONS - No toiletries provided on arrival. I had to ask for some hand soap. - The shower often does alternate between hot and cold. - Another shuttle at 11pm would be perfect. - It was very unfortunate but I had the worst stomachache in my 6 months of travel after eating dinner 1 night at the Pyramisa Hotel. This really put a damper on my 2nd day. Maybe it was a random coincidence, but not pleasant.

Friendly staff ( in sunset) , good facilities, comfortable , recommended.
No elevator , no wifi in rooms , bathrooms need renovation.

Everything is good especially in pyramisa hotel the food the sea .. cheated pool everything was good
No available aqua park in pyramisa only on v hotel and restricted for sunset and pyramisa to use it
